Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a fully-registered private online high school delivering live, real-time teaching to students right in their own homes.

I created these Facebook Ads examples for CGA Prospectus, a global campaign that all markets can implement.

I have taken the design perspective of the audience.
What would academically ambitious families in NZ care about when they choose a curriculum for their children?
With this direction in mind, I created the designs as below.

I designed the flyers and social media posts for the EW Pukekohe August event and the Voltage program.

Global is an International Church that knows how hard it is for people to settle into a new country. People describe them as a “Big Family”. They love to show people Kiwi – International friendship.

I redesigned the Global logo and other collateral.

I designed and built most of its new website in WordPress with another designer.

This book is the research I conducted for the Master of Design degree at Auckland University of Technology in 2018.

I have explored personal narrative and storytelling through the recreation of a historical children’s tale, The Emperor’s New Clothes. Designing this picture book has provided opportunities to research illustration, layout and narrative traits such as ‘voice’ in relation to memory.

This project has involved adapting Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale through the lens of my abiding love of children’s fairy tales.

Tan’s is a company that focuses on the production of healthy food. This project is a school project.

I used the combination of a chef's cap and Chinese elements (wave pattern) which represents the Chinese traditional food-making industry. I created the logo with these elements was to present its branding that could communication communicate a blend of Chinese traditional culture and modern food-making.

This was a project that I carried out during a university course.

This short video is an adapted animation based on the game "Tiny Thief".

It's a story about a tiny thief who wants to steal a lot but ends up with a mess.

The style and colour of the animation was the main reason that I was attracted to this game. I had spent two months completing this animation (1:50 mins) by using Adobe Flash, on my own, in my leisure time.

This poster was designed for a concert at a university in 2013. I led a three-person team to create the design for the event.

I chose to use piano keys as the primary graphic, extending them with diagonal lines that represent the sustained sound of the piano. This sense of extension also conveys music is not limited to seven piano notes.

This was a study project I did in 2013. I found the octagon to be the most suitable geometry for presenting the best pattern for creating this typeface. The final effect is achieved through the contrast of details.
